"Speak up for those who can not speak for themselves"

What is a "restricted" country?  Do other countries really outlaw Christianity?  --> http://www.persecution.com/public/restrictednations.aspx?clickfrom=bWFpbl9tZW51

It is our hope to tie in the 3 components that we truly believe are of utmost importance for 21st century Christianity:

  • 1)  Evangelism - Modern approaches to Evangelism (see www.Alliance100.com for more details & packet)
  • 2)  Apologetics - Every Christian needs to be able to inform others why there is a God, and why it is the God of Christianity - (see www.IntelligentWonders.com for more details & packet)
  • 3)  Persecution - Remember our Brothers/Sisters -(past/present/future) - and how it effects us in the United States, and how they can teach us to be true diciples; and how we can help them continue to spread the Gospel message to "all nations."  (see www.MartyrsCry.org for more details & packet)

If you would like more information *and you will truly use it, please request a book on either reaching Muslims, reaching Hindus, or reaching atheists in a loving "truthful" way.  *These books are using facts, not opinions from their very own religious views of life.  **These do cost money, but if you truly have an opportunity and calling to reach these people groups, please send me an email telling me which one you need and I will get it sent to you out of my pocket.

All I ask is that you pray, read, and put these practices into use not to win arguments or preach "church-ianity" or hypocrisy, but to lovingly tell these groups about the person of Christ.  *Not to coerce them, but to simply share with them and allow them to make their own decision.

*Also - If you are interested in seeing why Christ makes sense to Native Americans as well as the people of Japan for example, please let me know and I will send you information on the following (both by Japanese and Native Americans themselves):

(please click on the above pictures to see a short video sample)

This is just a couple of quick examples why "Christ-ianity" (not "westernized church-ianity necessarily), truly makes sense of all worldviews.  If you want to know more, will put to use and share with others, please let me know and I will send to you for Free.

Two Christian Responses: The Glory of Martyrdom and ApologeticsElement not supported - Type: undefined Name: undefined-->
"Though beheaded, and crucified, and thrown to wild beasts, and chains, and fire, and all other kinds of torture, we do not give up our confession; but, the more such things happen, the more do others in larger numbers become faithful."

-- Justin Martyr {25}
In the face of persecution, many Christians chose to die before they would deny their Lord. Those who did so came to be called martyrs, which means "witnesses." The second-century theologian Tertullian had converted to Christianity based in part on his wonder at Christians' faithfulness in the face of martyrdom and it clearly had a similar effect on others as well. It was Tertullian who famously declared, "The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church." Indeed, persecution seemed to have a dramatic effect on Christianity's numbers, but not in the direction intended by the persecutors.
A second response of the church to Roman persecution was to write apologies, or defenses, of the Christian faith. The bishops and leaders who wrote these defenses are known as the Apologists. Writing especially in the 2nd century AD, the Apologists' primary goal was to defend Christianity against pagan accusations and misconceptions in an effort to stop the persecution. Thus they often addressed their works to Roman emperors. The Apologists explained, for example, that the Christian "love feast" did not involve cannibalism or orgies as many thought, but was a sacred meal of bread and wine in honor of Christ's death.   The Apologists also sought to show that Christianity was equal or even superior to pagan religion and philosophy, and good for the Roman state. They pointed out that Christianity was just as old as Greek thought, having originated in the ancient religion of the Hebrews. They asked their readers to compare the ethical behavior of Christians and pagans. They explained that although they were not willing to sacrifice to him as a god, Christians prayed for the emperor's welfare regularly.
The Apologists' writings do not provide a full picture of Christianity in the 2nd century, as they were generally limited in their scope to responding to specific accusations. However, these early texts provide important insight into how early Christians related their faith to Greco-Roman paganism and why they personally found it convincing.   So while we are inevitably facing a greater degree of persecution in the USA via atheism/naturalism/neo-Darwinism/humanism,  it is ever important for us to be equally prepared at this level, as our Brothers & Sisters in communist and Islamic regimes, who are dying for their faith before they will deny Christ.
I hope that this small packet will help you draw closer to God, to educate yourself and in return that you will educate others about our brothers/sisters in Christ that are dying daily for their faith, and finally that you will take action in developing your own ministry of service, with Christ in the center. Thank you very much and God Bless
As my book has forumlated - I believe the "writing is on the wall" that the future of Christianity will hinge on these ever-crucial areas - Martyrdom/Apologetics/Authentic Christ-ianity (not church-ianity necessarily).  Let us prepare now if we wish to take it or our faith seriously.

How strong is our faith?  (Seriously)

Another important part of this website is to tell the vastly untold story of the forgotten Church of the East.  Obviously Christ-iantiy started in the continent of Asia (the Middle East), but did you know that the Church of the East has just as rich of a history as the more familiar in the West?

It is of crucial importance that we remember our Brothers/Sisters of the eastern churches, tell their story, and support their decendants in both prayers and activity.  *We also need to remember that although the Church of the East was larger and just as prominent/important as that of the West; it was all but stamped out in many areas, with almost every manuscript and written document purged out of the country along with their martyred brethren.

Let this serve as a reminder to us in our comfortable present day living, that it is written that "Christ-ianity" will last, but not necessarily in the United States or Europe.  We MUST never take our blessing for granted, nor give up on or slack in our Christian duties.  Please visit the link to to the left or below to read more about the very unknown story of the Lost history of Christianity in the east:

"Forgotten History of Christianity."

(Please click on the above book to read a Free on-line version of the complete book)

Contention #1 - That it is Biblical for us to remember those who are persecuted for following Christ (Hebrews 13:3), to assist in supporting our persecuted Brothers/Sister in Christ, and be ready for our own persecution by putting Christ at the center of it all, ("A servant is not greater than his master; if they persecuted me, they will also persecute you." (John 15:18-20))

Which Church can teach which more about "Christianity" vs. "Churchianity?"

Contention #2 - We can learn just as much from the persecuted church as they can us.

Contention #3 - Christianity is not a "western" religion, but it is a "world" religion/relationship.

Christianity has it's history and roots in the East and as the new book "The Lost History of Christianity" shows through historic records.  We need to remember these roots, and help re-establish these broken chains where Christians in the East struggle through persecution and totalitarian regimes; as well as educate our churches and fellow Christians.

The Martyrs' Cry works in direct affiliation with the Voice of the Martyrs.

Thank you for remembering today's suffering Christians and those who have yet to hear the Gospel message

The Voice of the Martyrs is a non-profit, inter-denominational Christian organization dedicated to assisting the persecuted church worldwide. VOM was founded in 1967 by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand, who was imprisoned 14 years in Communist Romania for his faith in Christ. His wife, Sabina, was imprisoned for three years. In the 1960s, Richard, Sabina, and their son, Mihai, were ransomed out of Romania and came to the United States. Through their travels, the Wurmbrands spread the message of the atrocities that Christians face in restricted nations, while establishing a network of offices dedicated to assisting the persecuted church. The Voice of the Martyrs continues in this mission around the world today through the following main purposes:

  1. To encourage and empower Christians to fulfill the Great Commission in areas of the world where they are persecuted for their involvement in propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this by providing Bibles, literature, radio broadcasts, medical assistance, and other forms of aid.
  2. To give relief to the families of Christian martyrs in these areas of the world.
  3. To equip local Christians to love and win to Christ their enemies who are opposed to the gospel in countries where believers are actively persecuted for their Christian witness.
  4. To undertake projects of encouragement, helping believers rebuild their lives and Christian witness in countries that have formerly suffered Communist oppression.
  5. To emphasize the fellowship of all believers by informing the world of atrocities committed against Christians and by remembering their courage and faith.

Christ + Discipleship + 21st Century =

This site is dedicated to the corner of the Triangle known as "Persecution."

(Please visit www.IntelligentWonders.com for the "Apologetics" piece of the Triangle, and www.Alliance100.com for the "Evangelism" piece of the Triangle)

It is my heart-felt belief that these 3 components together are of crucial importance to Christ-centered true Discipleship - based on "truth/veritas."

Unlike various other world views, (both religious and secular/materialistic), Christ did not just show the "truth" He said "I am the 'Truth.'"

It is my sincere hope that these 3 websites will help you better see and implement this "truth" Christ talks about.  (Each website has a 100% Free start-up pack for each pillar described above)

1)  "Remember the prisoners, as though in prison with them, and those who are ill-treated, since you yourselves also are in the body."  - Hebrews 13:3  (Persecution)

2)  "Always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence."  - 1 Peter 3:15  (Apologetics)

3)  "And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.  Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."  - Matthew 28-18-20   (Evangelism)

Did you realize that there have been over 65 million Christians martyred since Christ and that 45 million of these have been in the last 100 years?  (11 of the 12 Apostles died as martrys as well; for too long have Christ-ians remained iggnorant of this...)
